The name Pappielene was thought of and named after my late dad whom we all called Pappie.  I am the youngest of three girls a mother to two amazing boys and fashion has always been my passion. I've always loved Fashion. The motivation to start this business and start with Sunglasesses also came from my late Dad as he had a very good eye for fashion. Never forgot to compliment and always commented when he saw a new fashion item that I had on. He also always inspected my sunglasses/shades and often asked "how many gongles do you have?". Yes he called them gongles 🤣.

My kids are my biggest supporters. When I purchased my first order before my dads passing they were my first clients. They both used their savings and bought a pair of sunnies each 😎 .
